SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Information
We partner with City-Link Express & Ninja Van for our Malaysia deliveries.
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse located in Jalan Klang Lama, Kuala Lumpur, where we pack and label the items in-house. Once ready, we arrange collection and delivery through the courier services to ensure your order reaches you efficiently.

A: Once your order is packed, we will send you a unique tracking number so you can track the status of your parcel. Orders placed before *12 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after *12 PM will be shipped the next working day.Q: Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

A: Tracking numbers become active once the order has been processed and shipping instructions are issued to City-Link/Ninja Van. Please allow at least *24 hours for your order to be processed. WARRANTY POLICY
Our Role as an Authorized Service Center
Romar is the authorized service center (ASC) for Minelab products in Southeast Asia. As an ASC, we facilitate warranty repairs, replacements, and after-sales support on behalf of Minelab. While we assist with the warranty claim process, all warranty approvals and coverage decisions are governed by Minelab’s global policies. Additionally, certain warranty periods for products in different regions may differ due to localized adjustments.
Romar Minelab Warranty Registration Policy
To ensure your warranty is activated and begins on the actual purchase date, it is essential to register your product with Romar within 30 days of purchase. Failure to register within this period will result in the warranty period being calculated from the date of manufacture instead of the purchase date. By registering, you not only secure your full warranty period but also gain access to exclusive perks such as discounts on future replacement parts. This ensures you get the most out of your product and after-sales services.
To ensure a seamless warranty experience, all products purchased in Southeast Asia must be registered with Romar through our online warranty registration system at Romar Minelab Warranty Registration Form
Effective from 1st January 2025:
- For products purchased prior to 1st January 2025: These must be registered online to qualify for warranty claims. Claims for unregistered products will only be processed once registration is completed.
- For products purchased on or after 1st January 2025: Warranty claims will only be eligible if the product has been registered with Romar within 30 days of purchase. Failure to register within this period may result in reduced warranty coverage or other limitations.

Warranty Periods
3 Years (36 Months):
- GPZ 7000, GPX Series, SDC 2300, CTX 3030, MANTICORE, EQUINOX Series, X-TERRA ELITE, X-TERRA PRO, VANQUISH Series, Minelab-branded search coils, handles, shafts, headphones, bags, and battery chargers.
2 Years (24 Months):
- GO-FIND Series detectors, GOLD MONSTER 1000, and PRO-FIND Series pinpointers.
1 Year (12 Months):
- Excalibur II, PRO-GOLD, and PRO-SONIC.
6 Months:
- Minelab batteries, PRO-SWING 45, PRO-ALLOY, and some accessories.
- INDONESIA: VANQUISH 340 & 440 purchased after 16th October 2024 are warranted for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Regional Warranty Adjustments
Warranty periods for certain products sold in Southeast Asia may differ from those in other regions due to specific market conditions. The exact coverage period applicable to your purchase can be referred above.
Romar Minelab Warranty Coverage Conditions
- Eligibility:
- Products must be registered online to qualify for warranty services under Romar. The warranty begins from the Date of Purchase as indicated on the proof of purchase.
- Coverage:
- Warranty repairs or replacements are subject to Minelab’s global policies and the availability of parts. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
- Exclusions:
- Products damaged due to improper use or modifications.
- Products not registered for warranty.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns
We do not accept product returns. However, if the product is found to be damaged or defective upon receipt, we will replace the damaged part with a new one under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Upon Arrival: Notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Incorrect Product Received: Report the issue within 7 days, along with proof of purchase.
Note: All replacement requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase and details of the issue.
Refunds
Refunds will only be offered if replacement or repair cannot be performed. All refunds will be processed through the original payment method used by the customer (for example: via iPay88 payment gateway, FTX transfer, e-wallet, credit card, etc.). This ensures easier tracking of money movement and avoids any disputes.
Important:
- The refund process will take up to 7 working days after approval of the request.
- Customers will only receive refunds through their original payment method used during purchase (for example: FTX transfer, e-wallet, credit card, etc.).
- If a refund is not processed through the original payment method, customers have the right to file a dispute, and we (the merchant) will be responsible for any disputes received.
